Certified ScrumMaster Training
Scrum is the most popular and pragmatic framework for implementing Agile practices.
Our two-day certification course is for anyone wanting to learn about Scrum. It teaches the fundamental principles of Scrum and details on how to implement the framework. Our classes are very interactive and pragmatic. They are taught by trainers with hands-on experience who can share real life case studies and provide practical guidance to difficult issues. Examples include “How do I plan up front with Scrum?”, “My team is distributed across the globe, how can I use Scrum effectively?”, “How do you write an Agile contract?”, or “I have multiple Scrum teams, how do I synchronise the work?”.
You will find answers to questions that you won’t find in books. If you attend our public classes you can meet others in diverse industries that you can share your stories with. Many of our alumni from both our private and public classes continue to meet up after the classes at our get-togethers to share job opportunities, tips and tricks from their own implementations.
Upon completion of the class and the online test, participants are registered with the Scrum Alliance as Certifies ScrumMasters (CSMs), including a two-year membership in the Scrum Alliance to access exclusive Scrum information.
Who this class is for
This class is for anyone wanting to learn about Scrum, not solely for ScrumMasters in training. It provides both an excellent foundation course for beginners, as well as the experienced practitioner wanting to brush up on their skills. This class can also be taken as a pre-cursor to the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) class.

Price
Agile Lean Training offers Certified Scrum two day classes for £14,000 for up to 25 participants, plus travel and expenses. Certification fees and membership in the Scrum Alliance are included, plus an electronic copy of the materials.
As of 2012, public classes are approximately £995 plus VAT per person for a sole trainer or £1495 plus VAT per person for a dual trainer session. Please check the specific class for the most up to date pricing.
