law, permits our clients who are California residents to request and obtain from us once a year, free of charge, information about the personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year. Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation / date change policy is the following: Attendees cancelling or rescheduling 21 or more days before the start of the training course they've signed up for will receive a 100% refund of all fees paid. Cancellations / date changes less than 21 days before the start of the training will be subject to a 50% penalty, and Cancellations / date changes less than 14 days before the start of the training will be subject to a 100% cancellation penalty.
