Cancellations must be made 14 calender days before the start of the engagement or training course in order to receive a full refund. Cancellations less than 14 days before the start of the engagement or training course will be subject to a 50% cancellation penalty, and cancellations less than 7 days before the start of the engagement or training course will be subject to a 100% cancellation policy.
